Use the following puredata patch to convert MISUCO signals to midi signals:
MISCUO puredata osc2midi
Download the patch here: osc2midi103.pd
You also need to download and install Puredata on your system.
To redirect the MIDI output of puredata to your software synthesizers, you have to use some midi routing software.
On OSX you can use the integrated IAC driver. On Windows you have to install additional software. Read the following article:
